Refund Policy

At Amrit Chai, we take great pride in the quality of our premium tea products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below. This policy has been designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our business.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged, broken, or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues.
  • Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: If your order is incomplete and one or more items are missing from the package.
  • Quality Issues: If the product does not meet our stated quality standards upon delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or consumed (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
  • Products returned after the specified return window
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

4. Return Window

You must notify us of any issue within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a clear description of the issue, along with photographs if applicable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if applicable).

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days after processing
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Wallet: 1-2 business days after processing

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return/refund process will apply.

8. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original product is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
