1. Overview

At Amrit Chai, we are committed to delivering your premium tea products safely and promptly to your doorstep. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure that your orders reach you in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery practices, timelines, and charges.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across India. Our delivery network covers all major cities, towns, and most pin codes. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery times may be slightly longer than standard estimates.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside India and are interested in our products, please contact us at contact@amritchai.in for special arrangements.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order:

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on your location:

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "Orders" section.

7. Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails due to any of the following reasons, the shipment may be returned to us:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Recipient not available at the delivery address after multiple attempts
  • Refused delivery by the recipient

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If re-delivery is not possible, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photographs of the damaged package. We will investigate the matter with our logistics partner and arrange a replacement or full refund.
